What do we offer?
Shiseikan Aikido Dojo offers Aikido training for beginners, children and adults. In a friendly and supportive environment, you will discover the art of Aikido - a path to strength, balance and confidence. Our classes develop coordination, flexibility and endurance, while building discipline, calmness and the right attitude for everyday life. In addition to better physical fitness, you will also learn effective self-defense techniques that give security and confidence in different situations.
